Welcome to La Coquette (the little flirt), a Chicago Gold Coast rowhouse built in 1871 the year of the Chicago Fire. Unfortunately, this little gem has had many alterations over the years that warranted us to completely gut the home. All of its original design and detail had been removed and replaced with many unflattering changes. We decided to not try to restore what may have been here but instead approached it from a theme of a romantic flirtation.
